This is a rare mid-sixties collector car as it is only 1 of 38,348 Plymouth Sport Fury's that were built for the 1965 model year.  1965 brought the third generation Plymouth Sport Fury that held a significant place in American automotive history as it represented the height of Chrysler Corporation's efforts to build vehicles that blended power and style with performance in the competitive muscle car era. The Sport Fury was a higher-end, sporty version of the full-size Plymouth that was perfect for buyers who wanted both luxury and muscle!
